The production

 

 

 

On 16 hectares the vineyard grows different grapes

We have 12,5 hectares of Sauvignon grapes for the white wine

The remaining 3,5 hectares are for the Pinot Noir grape used for the red and rose wine.

Our grapes are grown on a selection of limestone soils and chalk.

We export approx 35% of our produced wines :

Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Kingdom, America, Belgium, Norway, Japan.

Sancerre Blanc " Les caillottes

This wine comes from limestone soil called" Les caillottes". The grape is 18 years old

It's a dry white wine .This wine is conserved from3 To 5 years .It goes well with fish, cold oyster,white meat and cheeses

Best served around 10 °

 

 

 

 

Sancerre Blanc " Terres Blanches "

This wine comes from limestone soil called " Terres blanches". The particular grape is 25 years old. It is a dry white wine, with a crisp floral aroma The wine is conserved for 5 to 8 years It accompanies seafood, fish, shell fish, white meat and cheeses dishes.

Ideal temperature for serving is 10 degree c

 

 

 

Sancerre Blanc "Clos du Roy "

This white wine comes from limestone soil and is from one of the older vines, 40 yrs, with perfect southernly positioning in the valley for maximum light, the wine is stored for 5 to 7 yrs, again this wine is the perfect accompliment to fish, white meat and chesse dishes.

The ideal temperature for the wine is 10 degree c

 

 

 

 

Sancerre Blanc "Cuvée Romble"

This white wine is from mixed soils, selected for the older vintages and is casked for 11 months in oak barrels. It is possible to lay this wine down for up to 10 years. Perfect for fish, sea food, chesse and white meat meals.

Serve between 10 to 12° C

 

 

 

 

Sancerre Rouge "Pynoz"

This is a light red wine, with an agreable fruity flavour. Produced from limestone soil, the vine is 20 years old and is kept for 5 to 7 years. Eceptional with mid to heavier meals including white meats, game birds, deer, fish and chesse dishes.

Serve between 12 to 14°

 

 

 

Sancerre Rouge "cuvée Romble "

This red wine is from a 60 years old vine, cultivated for an exceptional flavour. It is stored in oak barrels for 11 months and can be laid down for up to 10 years; Perfect for all meats, cheese and full flavoured desserts.

serve between 13 to 15°

 

 

 

 

Sancerre Rosé " Pynoz"

This Rose wine has a fine and elegent texture, with a thirst quenching trait. It tends in general to be a summer drink, with a light well balanced flavour. Again this wine is from limestone soil and the vine is 12 years old. It should be consumed within 3 to 5 years. It is perfect for light meals, exotic dishes, desserts, and pork based menus.

Sever at 6 to 8°

Serve at room temperature 13 /15°
