Our wines

Our vintage wines contain no chemical produce .

To fight the general illnesses of the grape, we use a copper compound similar to giving a child calpol. This also helps in the fight agains mildew and vine rot.

To reenforce the integral strength of the plant we use stingging nettles and specialist sea weeds.

Removal of 'weeds' including grasses is through mechanical methods harking back to the hoe method.

Our Sancerre wines come from the Sauvignon grape for the white

for the red and rose come from Pinot noir grape
